A major victory for Pakistan as the International Arbitration Court ruled in favor of Pakistan in the case filed against the cancellation of the contract for construction of 500 KV Guddu, Multan transmission line by an Iranian company.
According to a spokesman for the National Transmission and Dispatch Company (NTDC), the Iranian company had approached the International Arbitration Tribunal in Paris against the cancellation of the contract for the construction of the 500 KV Guddu, Multan transmission line.
The International Arbitration Court has ruled in favor of the Pakistani company NTDC and ordered the Iranian company to pay Rs 72 crore plus interest.
