PM Imran Khan takes notice

PM Imran Khan takes notice of inflation. PM has issued another important directive regarding the significant reduction of petroleum prices in the country.

According to details, the Prime Minister took important steps for the reduction of petroleum prices. He directed the provinces to take emergency measures to further reduce inflation.

Sending a message to the provincial governments of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in this regard, the Prime Minister said that the fruits of reduction in prices of petroleum products should be passed on to the common man.

PM Imran Khan takes notice of inflation saying that inflation has been increasing without any delay due to the increase in oil prices, now after a significant reduction in oil prices, a reduction in commodity prices should also be ensured.

He directed the provinces to take action against illicit profiteering in collaboration with the district administration, and to reduce prices in any case, otherwise take drastic action.

Sources in the Prime Minister’s Office said that a message has also been sent to the provincial governments of Sindh and Balochistan, asking them to take appropriate steps to reduce prices in the light of the Prime Minister’s directives.

It may be recalled that the government has reduced the price of petrol by Rs 15 per liter for May, after which the new price has been reduced to Rs 81.58 per liter, while high-speed diesel has been reduced by Rs 27.15 per liter.
