Prime Minister Imran Khan arrives in Malaysia on a two-day official visit, during which a one-on-one meeting will be held between Prime Minister and Malaysian counterpart Mahathir Muhammad.
According to details, Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived in Malaysia on a two-day visit, and was received by the Malaysian Minister of Defense Mohammad Sabu at Kuala Lumpur Airport. The Prime Minister is accompanied by Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Minister for Planning Asad Omar, Advisor and Foreign Secretary.
During the meeting between Prime Minister Imran Khan and Malaysian Minister of Defense Mohammad Sabu discussed issues of mutual interest including enhancing defense cooperation, delegations from Pakistan and Malaysia were also present.
Prime Minister is visiting the invitation of the Malaysian counterpart Mahathir Mohammed. The visit will discuss the situation in the region, trade issues and improving Pak-Malaysia relations.
According to Foreign Office spokeswoman Ayesha Farooqi, one-on-one meetings will be held between Prime Minister Imran Khan and Mahathir Muhammad, various agreements and memorandums will be signed during the visit, the Prime Minister will also address the think tank.
It should be remembered that in March 2019, Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohammed arrived in Pakistan on a three-day visit, where he was greeted by Prime Minister Imran Khan at Noor Khan Airbase and a salute of twenty-two guns was given in honor of the guest.
