Special PIA plane arrives in Pakistan with relief goods and safety equipment from China. Shipment of goods purchased by NDMA has also arrived in Islamabad from China.
According to News reports, more relief goods have arrived from China to cope with the Coronavirus epidemic. A special flight PK 8852 arrived at Islamabad airport from Beijing today with relief goods. Safety equipment from China include ventilators, masks, protective clothing, and testing kits. National Airline spokesman Abdullah Khan said, adding that the PIA is with the nation in this critical time.
The shipment of goods purchased by NDMA has reached Islamabad. In the case of goods purchased from China, 2000 testing kits, 50 mobile X-ray machines, one lakh N 95 masks, 5 lakh medical masks, 10 thousand surgical gowns, screening kits, and ventilators are included. The relief goods are purchased for a total of $ 50 billion.
It is estimated that the number of coronavirus deaths in the country has increased to 66 while the total number of patients has also increased to 4601. According to the Command and Operation Center data, in the last 24 hours, 4 more corona patients have died in the country.
There have been 2279 cases reported in Punjab, 1128 in Sindh, 620 in KP, 219 in Balochistan, 215 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 33 cases in Azad Kashmir. 107 cases of Coronavirus have been reported in the federal capital.
