Pakistan thrashed Bangladesh by an innings and 44 runs in Rawalpindi Test


In the Rawalpindi Test, Pakistan beat Bangladesh by an innings and 44 runs and took a one zero lead in the two-match series.

In the match played at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, the whole team of Bangladesh got out for 168 runs in the second innings. In the second innings, Naseem Shah was the star with the bowl taking 4 wickets including a hat-trick.

In the second innings, Yasir Shah also guided four Bangladeshi players to the pavilion while Mohammad Abbas and Shaheen Shah took one wicket each.

In the second innings for Bangladesh, Mominul Haq was the leading batsman with 41 runs while Najamul Hasan Shinto scored 38 and Tamim Iqbal scored 34 runs.

Young fast bowler Naseem Shah has been named the best player of the match for his magnificent bowling. Remember, Bangladesh scored 233 runs in the 1st innings while Pakistan with the help of centuries from Shan and Babar scored a massive total of 445 runs.

Bangladesh were bowled out for just 168 runs in their second innings. 2nd Test match will be played in National Stadium Karachi after Pakistan Super league season five.
