Naseem Shah becomes the youngest bowler to take Hattrick in Test History


Pakistan’s young fast bowler Naseem Shah became the youngest bowler in the world to score a hat-trick in Test cricket against Bangladesh.

 In the match being played at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Naseem Shah first got the wicket of Najmul Hasan Shanto and then dismissed Taijul Islam, and finally Bangladeshi batsman Mahmudullah caught into the slip on the very next ball.

Naseem Shah has become the youngest bowler in the world history of Test cricket. Earlier, in test history, Bangladeshi Bowler Alok Kapali was the youngest bowler to take a test hattrick. His age at that time was 19 years and 240 days while Naseem Shah’s age while achieving the feat of a hattrick is just 16 years and 359 days.

The last time Pakistan’s Mohammad Sami got a hat-trick in a Test match against Sri Lanka in Gaddafi Stadium Lahore in 2001 while Abdul Razzaq also got a hat-trick in 2000 at the age of 20. Pakistan’s legend fast bowler has two test hattricks to his name.
