The problems of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s sons Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz have increased. NAB decides to get Hassan and Hussain Nawaz declared as proclaimed absconders.
According to NAB sources, a petition will be filed in the accountability court for the declaration of Hassan and Hussain Nawaz as absconders in the Chaudhry Sugar Mills Case. Sources say that Hassan and Hussain Nawaz have been shareholders in Chaudhry Sugar Mills.
NAB documents say Chaudhry Sugar Mill made remarkable progress during the Nawaz Sharif era. Dubious investment from abroad also came in the Nawaz era. In 1991 Nawaz Sharif showed assets of 1.3 million, Maryam Nawaz 1.4 million While Hassan, Hussain, Shahbaz, and Yousuf Abbas did not even show their assets.
According to 30 documents, Maryam Nawaz became the CEO of Chaudhry Sugar Mills in March 1995. According to Maryam Nawaz, she was not aware of the Chaudhry Sugar Mills case but remained CEO, after which Hussain Nawaz Chaudhry became the CEO of Chauhdry Sugar Mills.
