Indian Army Killed Pakistani Lady in new case of LOC violation

On the violation of the ceasefire agreement, DG ISPR General Babar Iftikhar said that the Indian track record of LOC violation is worsening day by day.

According to details, DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar while talking about the violation of ceasefire agreement on LoC by Indian Army said that Indian Army has opened fire on the civilian population of Gendrot, Khoi Ratta sector and as a result, 36-year-old Yasmeen Bibi has been martyred and 8-year-old Atiya Zaheer is injured.

Maj. Gen. Babar Iftikhar told in a press conference that the girl, who was injured in the firing by the Indian Army, was immediately shifted to a medical center.

DG ISPR said that the Indian track record of the ceasefire violation on LOC is worsening day by day. In 2015, India committed 248 ceasefire violations, killing 39 civilians and injuring 152 others.

During the press conference, General Babar Iftikhar said that 46 Pakistani civilians were martyred and 150 injured in 382 LOC violation in 2016, while in 2017, the Indian Army violated the ceasefire agreement 1881 times and 53 people were martyred and 256 were injured.

He said that ceasefire violations on the Line of Control in 2018 reached 3,038 and the Indian approach of targeting the civilian population led to a loss of 58 lives.

General Babar Iftikhar said that 319 people living near LOC were also injured in 2018. India violated ceasefire 3351 times in 2019 and 52 people were martyred and 261 injured in Indian firing in 2019. While in 2020, India, the enemy of peace, continues his nefarious intentions.
