Federal govt writes letter to UK govt for Nawaz Sharif’s return


Special Assistant to Prime Minister for Information Firdous Ashiq Awan said that paperwork was necessary to bring Nawaz Sharif back. We have requested the UK government to deport Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif. The law allowed them for 8 weeks and a mechanism was made but these people misused judicial facility.

The federal government has contacted the British government for the return of former Prime Minister and PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif.
The letter sent by the Foreign Office states that Nawaz Sharif should be sent back home so that he can complete the rest of the sentence as he is a criminal.

Special Assistant to PM for Information Firdous Ashiq Awan confirmed that the letter has been sent after the recommendation and consultation of the Punjab government, whose text states that Nawaz Sharif’s bail has expired. He is now a criminal.

On February 25, 2020, the Punjab government rejected Nawaz Sharif’s request for an extension, after which the provincial government wrote a letter to the federal government for action.

During the press conference a few days ago, the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant Firdous Ashiq Awan said that Nawaz Sharif did not submit any report regarding his treatment to the Punjab government. It is the time to bring Nawaz Sharif back to Pakistan.
