Coronavirus cases reaches 38 in Sindh

A further 19 cases of Coronavirus have been confirmed in Sindh and Punjab, after which the number of affected people has reached 53 in the country.

Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah says 40 samples from Sukkur have been tested today, out of which 13 have come positive. He said that 293 pilgrims from Sukkur have come from Taftan. “We need to be very careful and send more medicines and staff to Sukkur,” said Murad Ali Shah.

Earlier, four more Coronavirus cases were confirmed in Karachi according to Sindh Health Department. Authorities say three patients returned from Saudi Arabia a few days ago, while one patient has no travel history.

Later, Sindh government spokesman Murtaza Wahab tweeted that the Coronavirus test of a Karachi citizen who came from Balochistan last night has come positive.

According to the Health Department, 38 cases of Coronavirus have been reported in the province out of which 2 patients have returned home after winning the battle against coronavirus.
