Protests continue in the United States a week after the assassination of black man George Floyd and have spread to Europe. According to the World News Agency, the whole of the United States is engulfed in angry protests, but the family of the murdered man George has appealed to the protesters to remain peaceful. However, protests have spread across the country.

The family of George Floyd has urged protesters to remain calm and continue protesting. According to the autopsy report, George died of suffocation due to pressure on his neck and back.

On the other hand, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has called on the US administration to exercise restraint in dealing with the protesters and to conduct an independent investigation into the incident.

The ongoing protest against the assassination of black George Floyd by police officers in the United States has taken the form of a global reaction against racist hatred. Large numbers of people also took part in protests against racism in Australia and Europe, as well as in the United States. Germany’s foreign minister has condemned the assassination of Floyd and called for a general strike.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry has condemned racial hatred in the United States as the future of American society. Protests in the United States are also being widely covered in the Chinese media.
