Prime Minister Imran Khan says that the promotion of industries is a priority for the low-income and the poor.
According to details, a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan was held in the federal capital, Islamabad, in which government measures were taken into consideration to reduce electricity and gas prices.
The meeting also considered providing relief to industries including domestic consumers. The Prime Minister was apprised of the pricing situation and the faced problems.
On this occasion, the Prime Minister of Pakistan said that the past governments did not take into account the power of the people. Imran Khan said that the government’s top priority is to improve the economic conditions of the people. We will promote industries for the low income and the poor.
He further said that out-of-the-box solutions for price reductions should be considered, suggestions should be made to stabilize prices on a sustainable basis rather than a timely solution.
It should be remembered that Prime Minister Imran Khan yesterday said that we will reduce the burden of inflation on the poor as much as we can. He also directed that special attention should be given for the prevention of smuggling and storage.
